This professional training program is thoughtfully structured into four comprehensive modules, designed to span over a span of six months. Throughout this journey, you’ll acquire the skills necessary to seamlessly guide both group and private breathwork sessions, conduct clinical assessments, master the art of myofascial release, and nurture an unwavering commitment to self-improvement and profound connection.

Introducing Bradley and His Journey

Meet Bradley, the proud owner of Lions Breath Wellness and the driving force behind Dynamic Myofascial Mobilization (DMM). With a profound commitment to his craft, Bradley has spent over 15 years dedicated to the practice of manual therapy. His insatiable thirst for knowledge has led him to learn from some of the most prominent figures in the field, and he holds the pursuit of continuing education close to his heart. A special note of gratitude goes out to his personal mentors and fellow practitioners who have consistently kindled the flames of inspiration and progression.

A Holistic Approach: Bradley’s journey has been marked by diverse training experiences, shaping him into a practitioner who operates within the realm of wholism. He has been trained in Cranial Sacral Therapy from the renowned Updelger Institute, delved deep into the intricacies of Myofascial Release and Total Body Balancing (TBB) at The D’Ambrogio Institute. These comprehensive courses have honed his focus, allowing him to practice within a holistic context.

Honoring the Inspirers: It’s important to recognize the individuals who have been instrumental in Bradley’s journey. Heartfelt thanks go to the likes of Heather Inglis, Natalie Rao, Thomas Myers, Dr. Kelly D’Ambrogio, and Dr. John Upledger, among others, who have been instrumental in inspiring his practice.

The Breathwork Connection: Bradley’s commitment to his craft extends beyond the realm of manual therapy. In 2019, he completed his Pranayama training in India, gaining insights into both traditional and contemporary breathwork practices. Bradley firmly believes in the power of both approaches, seamlessly weaving this wisdom into all his manual therapy courses and training programs.

Diving Deeper into Yoga: Furthermore, Bradley has undergone extensive training in Kundalini Yoga, completing his 500-hour yoga teacher training with a special focus on the breath and the energetic body. This multifaceted approach adds an extra layer of depth to his practice.

A Passion for Teaching: Bradley’s enthusiasm and passion for bodywork extend to his role as an educator. He has shared his knowledge by teaching courses in myofascial release, joint mobilization, sports therapy, breathwork, and anatomy and physiology to Massage Therapy students in Canada. His classes radiate with his unwavering zeal for the subject, making learning an engaging and transformative experience.

In this dynamic seminar, we embark on an in-depth exploration of the intricate tapestry that is the thoracic spine, ribs, sternum, viscera, and the shoulder complex, delving deep into their structure and function. We don’t merely observe these elements in isolation but rather in the context of the body’s interconnectedness. This seminar is where we address restrictions within the abdominal diaphragm and the thoracic inlet, unveiling the secrets that lie within.
A Holistic Approach: Our journey into the second seminar extends far beyond the mere mechanics of the body. It’s a transformative experience that amplifies your understanding of breathwork techniques and equips you with the ability to facilitate both group and private sessions. We pay special attention to the intricate realm of visceral mobilization and the powerful myofascial release techniques that hold the potential to bring about profound shifts in the body.

In Seminar 3, our students embark on a captivating journey through the intricate landscape of the head and neck. The Course Focus: At the heart of Seminar 3 lies a primary focus on myofascial manipulation of the anterior neck, the delicate hyoid bone, TMJ releases conducted via intra-oral palpation, spheno-basilar decompression, the SCM/trapezius sling, tentorium cerebelli, and holistic integration. This segment serves as a gateway to deep healing and transformation, empowering our students to become skilled practitioners in the world of holistic bodywork.
