Practice Session
In this 45-minute guided somatic practice, you’ll have the opportunity to move beyond theory and truly experience the practice of embodiment. Through a combination of breathwork, meditation, and gentle somatic movements, we’ll create space to slow down, tune into the body, and bring greater awareness to the sensations, emotions, and experiences that may be present. This session is an invitation to shift out of the thinking mind and into a deeper connection with your body, exploring what it means to listen, respond, and move in a way that feels supportive for you. You’ll be guided through practices that encourage greater body awareness, connection, and presence, allowing you to explore embodiment at your own pace. There’s no right or wrong way to experience this work, and you’re always encouraged to honour your own boundaries and needs. The intention is to give you the space to experience somatic work firsthand, rather than simply learning about it, and to begin building a more connected, compassionate relationship with your body. Come as you are, stay curious, and allow yourself the time and space to explore.
